Returns Policy

Cube4bags is a designer boutique online shop specializing in a select range of well sought after bags. As we are not a large catalogue operation, it would be very much appreciated that our terms are agreed upon before a purchase is made. Thank you for your cooperation. We reserve the right not to refund goods that are returned if any of the following conditions are not adhered to. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns

On receipt of your goods you have a 10 day period to decide to keep or return the goods in its original packaging including tags, labels and free gifts. Our bags are all delivered by recorded delivery and the 1st day is determined by the date you signed receipt of the goods or the date of attempted delivery by the Post office. All goods received within the 10 day period will be issued a full refund on the cost of the goods with no quibble or reason required - however, you must inform us that you wish to return the goods prior to posting them back by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Any goods received after the 10 day period will be liable to a 10% restocking fee, meaning only 90% of the cost of products are refunded. Any goods received after 28 days will not be considered for a refund at all and the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

Choice orders

A choice order is made when a customer buys more than 1 product of the same size or the same product in different sizes so they could enjoy the privilege of choosing which they prefer. In this case on receipt of the goods, the decision must be made and the unwanted choice be returned within 7 days of receipt, failing which there will a 10% restocking fee issued on the returned goods and no refund considered after 28 days. The return of the goods will be down to the customer’s cost.

Exceptional Circumstances

Should for any reason on receipt of the goods you are unable to return the goods within the 10 day or 7 day period, kindly email us immediately This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with a reason and an estimated date of return so we can make a note of it. Please ensure you receive a reply from Cube4bags confirming this and you will not be liable to the restocking fee.

Exchanges

On receipt of the goods , if the bag is unsuitable, kindly return within the period and re order the item you want online. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to verify Cube4bags has the item you require and return the bag with a cheque for £4.99 (£9.99 outside the UK) to Cube Shoes Ltd for re-delivery costs.

Outside the UK and Europe

Due to various Customs and Excise procedures, all goods delivered to these countries are marked as “Gifts”. On return of the goods back to England kindly comply to your respective Custom and Excise laws and make the necessary arrangements or else Cube4bags reserves the right to deduct the custom charges from your refund.
